Jai Rhodman, co-founder and CEO of Success Epitomized is what brought Monica to Success Epitomized as a Transformation Specialist. Both Monica and Jai share a passion for empowering the youth, especially young women; Monica’s innate gifts, talents, skills and abilities is what helps her awaken and resurrect the true person within that is too often dormant because of life circumstances. She helps guide people to gain confidence in their skills while maintaining and understanding the discipline that they need to be successful in their personal and professional lives. Both Monica and Jai have a history of collaboration in business and personal ventures, but their love for the creative arts is what sparked their friendship. This love for the creative arts is what has propelled Monica to lead summer camps, after-school programs, nonprofit organizations, and departments of human resources. Throughout her personal journey of empowerment, development and advancement, Monica knows that in order to experience something in our life that we’ve never experienced it is going to require us to do something we’ve never done before, which is why she is here to help other women, mothers, educators and youth experience new levels of inward joy and wellness along with outward prosperity and success.
